At OX-ON, safety is our highest priority
Consumers have the right to safety products that meet European standards in relation to working and environmental conditions in the East. Monitoring of the content of illegal chemicals is required, and the EU REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals) Directive assures this process through supervision by regulatory authorities.
OX-ON A/S is a member of the UN Global Compact, which works to improve manufacturing conditions among other sustainability initiatives. We also invest heavily in inspection and testing of safety products manufactured in the East.
Independent testing guarantees safety
Our tests are carried out in close collaboration with the Hanse Control institute in Hamburg, Germany which is ISO- and EN-certified and has one of Europe's most state-of-the-art test laboratories.
With the assistance of Hanse Control, we have developed a Charge Management System, which means that OX-ON gloves are tested for any content of harmful substances.
This is why a substantial number of OX-ON gloves bear a production number serving as a reference for each individual test.
